Terms of Use

Ladon helps you record, review and learn from your own trading decisions. It does not give investment, financial, tax or legal advice, trading signals, price predictions, or recommendations about entries, stops, targets, position size or risk.

Insights and assistant answers describe your own past records. They are not a promise or a prediction of future results. Every trading decision, and its outcome, is yours alone. Trading leveraged products such as CFDs, forex and crypto carries a high risk of losing money.

You must be at least 18 and give a valid email address. Keep your password and your Ladon Sync tokens private; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

You own everything you put into Ladon. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

Please do not upload content you have no right to share, or anything unlawful.

Imported history is shown as your broker reported it. We work to keep it accurate, but your broker's own statements remain the authoritative record. The Ladon Sync expert advisor only reads history and sends it to your journal; it never trades. You install and run it at your own discretion.

Ladon is not affiliated with any broker or with MetaQuotes. MetaTrader is a trademark of its owner.

Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, access other people's data, or use Ladon to build a competing dataset. We may limit or suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.

Ladon is in early access and is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service, and features may change. Keep your own copy of anything important — the export is there for that.

Paid plans, if you choose one, will be described with their price, billing period, cancellation and any withdrawal right before you pay, as consumer law requires.

To the extent the law allows, Ladon is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using Ladon and delete your account at any time. We may end these terms if they are seriously breached, and will give notice where reasonable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live. If we change them in a meaningful way we will tell you in the app before the change applies.
